Privacy Policy

What we do — and do not — collect.

1. What data we hold

1.1 Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. No analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking script of ours runs on these pages. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.

2. Applicable law

2.1 Our readership is in Canada, and the site is published with that in mind. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from.

3. Cookies and tracking

3.1 We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.

4. What our links carry

4.1 Links to casino operators on this site may carry a referral marker so an operator can credit the visit to us. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.

5. Where our links lead

5.1 Click through to Caxino Casino or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.

6. Your emails

6.1 Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. Write to one of the addresses on the Contact page and your message and address stay with us only while the question is open. You are not signed up to anything by writing to us.

7. What you can ask for

7.1 The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Your location may also give you rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdrawing consent, and to complaining to your privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.

8. Who this site is for

8.1 These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. How long records last

9.1 Our host keeps server logs on its normal rotation; we hold nothing beyond it. Emails go once the issue they concern is resolved, save where a legal claim means they must be kept.
